Yes. I know. This post is a couple of days late, but c'mon! I've been super busy!
This past week, I worked out everyday, ate really well, and drank a TON of water. (I'm trying so hard to cut out diet soda!) From last Tuesday's weigh-in until Sunday morning, I lost 3.3 lbs! That brings me to a grand total of 31.3 lbs lost in 10 weeks! I am ecstatic! People are really noticing the way my body has changed! One of my managers at Old Navy commented on it. My younger cousins commented on it at the pool yesterday. I've had customers tell me they can see a difference. It's pretty fantastic! I'm hoping to lose another 10-20 lbs by July 14th, which is my cousin's wedding. That would mean that I'd weigh less at HER wedding than I did at my own! Crazy, but awesome!
Vance lost 2.4lbs during that same time period! That means he's lost 23.8 lbs total! I am so proud of him! He's eating well and working out some, too! It is really evident in his belly that he's lost weight, but it's VERY evident in his clothing sizes. He's gone down 2 pant sizes. Thankfully we had a few reserves in the smaller sizes for him, or he'd be lacking in the clothing department!
