Weigh Day 5-19-12

So...I didn't weigh this weekend because I was bloated/retaining water due to too high sodium intake. SOOO I weighed this morning! I lost 1.6 lbs this "week." Vance lost 0.5 lbs. That brings me to 28 lbs lost and Vance to 21.4 lbs lost! I am so so proud of Vance...and myself! I'm hoping to lose 40 lbs by Kayla and Timmy's wedding on July 14th, so that my dress fits even better than it does now! HOWEVER, if I don't lose 40 by then, I'll still be happy with my loss!

I love how quickly I'm approaching my 50 lbs goal! I'm going to keep working hard and not slack off (oh how my definition of slacking off has changed!) in the exercise department! I'm excited to keep moving forward!

Oh and one more thing. Initially, we were weighing on Saturdays. On My Fitness Pal, the week ends on Sunday, so we decided to move our weigh day to Sundays. I adjusted my future weigh-in dates on the right to Sundays. I also feel like it will motivate me to keep my sodium levels down and eat well on Saturdays, when it's easier to not care AS much.
