Weigh Day 4/28/12

Today is a weigh-day! Is it lame I get excited about them these days? Maybe. Ha. Regardless, I like to see my progress!

This week was pretty good, though I only worked out a couple of days. I'm on my period, so my weigh-in isn't 100% accurate. I retain water like CUH-RAZY on period weeks, so next week should reflect my progress slightly better.

ANYWAY...

Vance lost 0.7 lbs this week! (He didn't eat very well, which he admits.)

I lost 0.7 lbs this week! (Like I said above, I'm bloated and retaining water.)

But progress is progress, right???

I've lost a total of 22.9 lbs and Vance has lost 16.3 lbs in the last six weeks! We are moving right along! Anyone else seeing the hard work they're putting in?
